I had a mentor named, Lawrence. He has been one of the biggest influences in my life. He also provided me academic and social support, shared many of her life experiences and situations, and guided me to the right path for growth and success. Lawrence has helped me a lot in getting me prepared and ready for High School and showed me what lies ahead of me and guided me on how to prepare and how to get where I want to go. He has helped me with my self- confidence and has given me the motivation to do better in school. He has also helped me move toward self-sufficiency and helped me realize how important helping people were. His inspirations of help others have influenced me and my affinity towards social impact and helping others have significantly grown during my time with Lawrence. I plan to also seek opportunities to include aspects of social impact and helping others into the agenda of my overall college
