Is Google making us stupid? Using technology has some big risks and some big benefits. Some of the benefits of using technology are that internet users are more likely to be exposed to a diversity of ideas, plus social media users get to know people from a wide variety of backgrounds. And who doesn’t like Google? Google has made us smarter-both individually and collectively-because we have ready and free access to information.
