According to the article ''Top 10 reasons Affirmative Action Should Be Eliminated" some of the arguments against Affirmative Action are affirmative action leads to reverse discrimination, It rewards wrong people, It encourages people to seek easier access rather than work hard.

Affirmative action leads to reverse discrimination

Affirmative action was created to end discrimination and gives everybody equal opportunities, but some feel that affirmative action does the opposite. Many white students despite having excellent grades and being more qualified, white students still have a difficult time getting into institutions because institutions favor the minorities. The article uses the example of the unqualified students who get into college because admission standards have been lowered for them. As well as unskilled workers who get hired simply because they are black or Hispanics. The article states that not all minorities will take advantage of that situation, but some will use the "minority" status to get ahead in life.

It encourages people to seek easy access rather than work hard

Affirmative action no longer helps the underprivileged society and is the reason why critics want to get rid of it. As already mentioned in the article minorities are already taking advantage of their status in order to get benefits and get things the easy way.
