Artemis was the Greek goddess of the moon and hunting, Artemis was also the patroness of maidens. Artemis watched over the woods and protected all of the animals. Artemis was weak when it came to men. She could not be around men, she couldn't stand it. Artemis was the one who watched over the animals and when some animal that Artemis didn't like, she would kill the animal with no regret no matter how bad it looked. Artemis was constantly in the forest day and night watching and protecting. While Artemis was protecting to forest she was accompanied by the maidens of the forest. The maidens would sing to her while she was hunting to sooth her mind. Artemis was always in the woods and never left unless going to see another god or goddess. …show more content…

She wanted to be the best woman there was so she made sure that she was by targeting to women and girls so she could be the best. Artemis was evil in what she did. She always wanted everything to be about here and no other way. Everything had to be about Artemis. Artemis was the killer of the forest. She hunted to kill and was always like that. Artemis hunted to kill. Artemis was also the daughter of Zeus, had a tin brother Apollo, and Artemis was a virgin and never married, Artemis also helped her mother give birth to her little brother. Artemis had a very good family of gods and goddesses as having her father being the king of Mount Olympus. Zeus was at the top of the mountain and watched out over all of the gods and goddesses and Artemis was lucky enough to call Zeus her father. Artemis was one of the luckier gods because Zeus took care of her and he could have almost anything that she wanted fro Zeus. Some of Artemis's symbols included the bow and the pike. Her symbolic tree was the Cedar tree. And the symbolic animals of Artemis were the snake, bear, and the deer. Artemis used her bow on all of her hunts no matter what she was hunting.
