I’ve helped each of the locations I’ve worked at build a strong work culture within our store as an RSC and as an ASM, and with that culture we developed competitiveness among one another, but also respect and accountability for one another. Not only has performance increased drastically, but there has also been a huge change of heart in the representatives who had negative feelings towards their roles in AT&T. The Blue Springs store was known as a low performer in our market, and I had interviewed previously for the ASM position, but did not receive the offer at that time. I remember the reasoning behind the stores lack of performance from the previous managers point of view was difficulty working with the RSCs because it was an all female store at the time. During my next interview for the position the next reasoning was because of consistency, which I had noticed as well after reviewing the stores Historical Stores. However, after being promoted and learning my team, I saw there were several individuals who were unhappy working for AT&T due to several reasons. Within the first month of me arriving at the store our overall performance jumped placing the Blue Springs store into the top 10 stores for overall value for the quarter. Each individual who were unhappy with their position, had let go of the negative attitudes they once had and began performing an improving the workplace after being motivated again. And heading into this quarter we are on track to place in the top 5 stores under our DOS, for the first time one of the RSCs from the store has gone
