Since coming to State Office, I have had the opportunity to gain valuable experience within the Policy Unit. As the CSE Manager 1 of the Policy/Quality Control/Non-IV-D and Central Registry that knowledge could be put to work for Child Support Enforcement. In addition, I would have the new opportunity of using prior management experience to further the agency. With this letter, it is my hope to illustrate that I am not only the best candidate for the job because I can do it; I am the best candidate, because I have successfully performed many of the tasks which are led by this position. During this time, the Policy Unit was comprised of me and the Policy Manager. I was detailed into the CSE Consultant position in January of 2014. The CSE Consultant is responsible for communicating all Quality Control findings to the field and respond to Quality Control inquiries when needed. As the CSE Consultant, both DA Compliance and Self - Assessment Audits were completed. In February 2014, I was responsible for submitting all DA Compliance preliminary findings to respective District Attorney’s offices. I have filled in for Central Registry and Non-IV-D several times during the years. I have also served on the functional design team for CAFÉ. I continue to do each of these while serving as contract monitor for eleven district attorney’s offices.

In addition to the experience gained in the policy unit, I have also served as a Store Manager for Radio Shack #01-8238. In this capacity, I was responsible for staff development and coaching, workforce management, overall store sales, inventory management and loss prevention. During my time as Store Manager, staffing fluctuated from six people, during slower sales periods, to 15 during the holidays. Due to my efforts, I was awarded:
• Regional Award of Excellence in Business Growth Strategy for 2005
• Nationally ranked one of Top 50 Radio Shack Stores – Feb 2006 and Oct 2005.
• District Top Sales Gain Percentage - 24%, May 2005, 151%, May
