I am writing to motivate my application for an advertised position of RESEARCHER ADMINISTRATOR at the University of Rwanda, college of Medicine and Health Sciences (CMHS), School of Public Health. I believe I possess the necessary skills and experience required to join the Global Environmental and Occupational Health (GEOHealth) Hub, and would make a valuable addition to the work of coordinating the research team and ensuring that the field team training, data collection, data analysis and overall research project objectives are met according to the research timeline.
As my resume indicates, I have a master’s degree in public health sciences with health economics from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, and have three years of working experience in Rwanda Healthcare system, as a District Pharmacist Director. I am highly computer literate, and know how to work with hospital’s health management information system. I am also able to utilize the internet effectively for research projects that land on my desk. Both my verbal and written communication skills are high and I can work in a team environment as well as my own effectively.
