God has given us all a purpose. We have to have dedication and will power to find it. here are several key points that I will share with you that will be beneficial to helping your business grow. Child Care is a billion dollar industry. And it’s time you get a piece of the pie. Sometimes we get lost on our journey. Just remember that your business can be booming if you are headed in the right direction.

Thinking like a Child Care BOSS

There are a plethora of things that set child care providers and their centers apart. What is the one thing that set your center apart from the provider up the street?

Imagine being a parent walking into a center wanting to do a tour of your center and everyone is hanging out in the front office, staff members are having lunch on the front counter, your office manager lives on facebook either on her computer or her cell phone, Staff members are speaking on personal events that maybe inappropriate for children. Would you still want to take that tour?

As a BOSS you have to know that you can’t do everything by yourself. You have to have a team whether you are in a center or in a home center. One person can’t build an empire alone. You will burn yourself out trying to accomplish everything alone.
