ASSESSMENT TASK 1
In this report, I am writing about a hospitality business which is one of the popular Japanese restaurant locating inside of QV that is in the corner of Swanton street and Lonsdale street in Melbourne CBD, nearby Melbourne Central and State Library – which is an important place of Melbourne city, QV is a great place with convenient expediency for transportation.
Hanaichi diversifying from the traditional sushi that springs to mind whenever Japanese food is mentioned, the company’s directors feels the need to introduce to the Australia public the wide range of food that Japan has to offer other than its tasty sushi.

Business plan:
1. Product quality: Food and entertainment are our products. They must be of the high quality and value.
2. Service: Our patrons are paying to have a good time. Their experience will suffer if service is not of the highest caliber. Each member of the staff will be courteous, efficient, and attentive.
3. Marketing: We will need to target our audience early and often. While the business is located in a central and accessible location, many people will have to be re-introduced to the neighborhood surrounding City of Melbourne.
4. Management: We will need to have a firm grasp on food, beverage, and labor costs. The dining or entertainment experience must be delivered in a fashion that will not only inspire repeat business, but also encourage word-of-mouth recommendations to others. Proper inventory, employee management, and quality control are key.
