In the profit-maximizing organization everyone has a self-interest mindset. The focus is on wealth and not the consumer or anyone else. The organization has no accountability for employee’s misbehavior. The organization has poor values and customer relations. Revenue is the priority over quality service or work ethic. The profit-maximizing organization is a by any means necessary organization. Any employee with high values will not succeed in this organization. They have a singular focus which is profit which allows others to be ignored. They do not care about growing their employees and helping them reach their personal goals. They do not believe that they should abide by any rules whether government or company. As a person who puts others first, I would hate to work for a profit-maximizing organization.Trusteeship is a climate that is the balance between the organization, consumers and employees. This organization strives to build trust between people and the organization to make profit. Triumph has been in business for 12 years and has grown in numbers tremendously. They are a community based bank owned by local residents. Three people decided that they wanted to open up a bank that was for the people. They wanted to open a bank that had no strings attached or any misrepresentation on how consumer’s funds would be applied. The leader’s actions align with the morals of the organization. They focus on family. They want their employees and customers happy. They do employee and customer surveys regularly to confirm that the staff is adhering to great customer service and product quality. If there is anything wrong, it is addressed immediately to make the organization better. They are flexible with employee schedules to allow them to manage their home and work life. They focus on customer service which has increased profits tremendously. If someone is misbehaving, they address it accordingly rather than prolonging it. Triumph focuses on the small people within the community that many big corporations overlook. We volunteer in the community by adopting small local non-profit schools. We visit the students and know them by name. The company does not display their volunteer efforts each time which shows that they do it because they care not for recognition. We give sponsor parades, volunteer at community shelters
