We usually encountered E .coli when we ate undercooked food and when we swallow a mouthful of contaminated pool water(kaper,2010) Staphylococcus aureus is responsible for bacteria skin infections of humans.have mechanism against host defense that promotes colonization and infection of skin (Pollack,2013).S. aureus are usually lives in throat, skin and in the nose. It colonizes about 30% of population and it is one of the leading causes of infection like endocarditis and sepsis. And

it is use in feed supplement farming that helps to promote animal growth as an alternative antibiotics. Bacillus subtilis can produce a variety of antimicrobial to compete other microorganisms by either killing them or reducing their growth rate. And subtilis also produce JAA that can be used against various crop diseases which can decrease significantly the growth and productivity of the crops (Wertheim et., al,2o14).

Pseudomonas aeruginosa normally inhabits the soil and surfaces aqueous environment. This pathogen can tolerate a low oxygen conditions and it can survive in low levels of nutrients and temperatures. It contaminate the medical equipments(Lyczak et al., 2006).P. aeruginosa causes various diseases like pneumonias, urinary tract infection and other respiratory insufficiency infections because it takes advantage of an individual that weakened immune system to create an infection. It has adaptability and high intrinsic antibiotic resistance
