Barbco Company Barbco Company is a partnership company made of the members from one family. As per the 2008 financial statements, the company experienced a big loss which affected their progress so much to an extent of dissolving the company but they did not. It was not all that big as far as sales is concerned. The main activity carried out in that company was the manufacture of equipment which were sold to customers at a fair price and they tried their best to ensure they satisfy their customers fully. This made the customers to love their products since they were of high quality as compared to the products produced by its competitors. Since people needs directions and structures and others freedom and encouragement for them to develop the skills and knowledge, the Barbco Company was at a position of providing the same to their workers and customers. Every person has his or her own needs for different structures and freedom and opportunity and to satisfy them you have to sacrifice and ensure you meet their needs. Secondly, strategic focus where leaders are expected to purchase new resources for the organization, they ensure that as new revolution comes they also change in order to satisfy their customers fully. Thirdly, operations this is what people do on daily basis to ensure that they meet and create customers’ value for them to justify the income. The operations determine whether the company will succeed or fail. The effective operations in the company ensure that the customers are satisfied and they get what they want whenever they are in need with the right price and at the right time. Thus Barbco put their focus more on cycle time to ensure they meet the needs of the customers. Fourth, customer relations this is where the money comes from since they are the ones who buy the products of the company. The main purpose of any business and company is to get and maintain their customers by being friendly to them and understanding their differences as well.
