Nutrition Health Assessment Overall, Ms. Bellamy has good nutrition. She should ensure that she routinely does a nutritional score check every 6 months. Nonetheless, due to the high volume of medications Ms. Bellamy is required to take, caution is very important regarding the type(s)/amount of food she is consuming. To maintain the good nutritional score Ms. Bellamy received on May 2017, I recommend that she continue her regular intake of fruits and vegetables daily. Although Ms. Bellamy is lactose intolerant, continued consumption of soy products or lactose-free products are suggested.
