There have been many revolutionaries in recent times, but none have changed the world and taken over an entire period. Bill Gates is the founder of Microsoft, philanthropist and visionary. Gates revolutionized the world of technology in many ways several being off the bases of his innovation.

Before Bill gates came onto the seen people of great riches donated low amounts of money comparatively speaking. Gates decided this wasn’t helping the world progress in any way shape or form, so he changed it. “a campaign seeking to encourage the billionaires of the world to give away at least 50 percent of their wealth to philanthropy or charitable causes either during their lifetime or in their will (Gu 1).” This quote is showing how Bill Gates is revolutionizing the philanthropy cause like never seen before. This program will help in the long run and is starting something to last a life time with giving.
