Bill Gates' business acumen, devotion to the software design and innovation,and determination to give back through charitable organizations,makes him inspirational not only for me but people everywhere.
The success of his company Microsoft is well known and thus it inspires me to study the leadership qualities and attributes of this mega-successful business magnate.
Mr.Gates has consistently been listed as the richest man in the world;as the co-founder of Microsoft,and creator of the commonly used Windows.He is best known for being the entrepreneur that revolutionized the computer industry and contributed massively to the the world of 'Information Technology'.According to the Washington Post, "Bill Gates is the most giving person in the world" and his work certainly backs that up.Recently he has been active in philanthropic work,having set up the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and giving over US$28 billion to their causes.He has not just donated a lot of his own money,but has also inspired other rich people to do the same."The Giving Pledge" is a campaign he kick-started to encourage
