Blame is something that places the wrong on someone else. People commonly use it to get out of situation detrimental to oneself. In “Romeo and Juliet” by Shakespeare, the Montague and Capulet families are constantly blaming each other for their wrongdoings, and this causes Romeo and Juliet to die. Mercutio is the main reason that Romeo and Juliet died. When mercutio started the fight with Tybalt, he caused everything to go wrong. After insulting each other for a while Mercutio and Tybalt began to casually fight each other with their swords, like they were playing. When Tybalt went in to poke Mercutio with his sword, Mercutio moved forward, and Tybalt’s blade went deeper than he was hoping. This causes Romeo to go and get revenge for Mercutio
