By 1937 Canadian Tires main store is relocated into a vacant supermarket in Yonge and Davenport street, Toronto. During 1958 their first gas bar opened at Yonge and Church Streets in Toronto. Moving on to 1972 Canadian Tires celebrates their 50 year and at the same time they opens their first store in Saskatchewan. Canadian Tire has grown significantly over the years. During 2001 they started to do business over the internet, this was when online shopping started to get popular.
For my work experience, I was placed at Industrial Alliance on West Broadway. Industrial Alliance is the fourth largest insurance company in Canada and plays a major role in the Canadian market as it serves three million people across the country. It has been helping Canadians with life and health insurance for 125 years. The business activities of Industrial Alliance include many company meetings, imaging, customer service calls, and bookkeeping. The company works hard as a team to provide a comprehensive variety of health insurance, savings and retirement plans.
Background The history of the 519 was first established as a community centre for the North Jarvis Community and was used as a space for gay youth in 1976 to conduct a program controlled by the community. Additionally, The 519 became a safe haven for LGBTQ groups during 1982 when Toronto police were conducting bathhouse raids throughout the city. During the 80’s and 90 's, the 519 opened a support group for gay people of colour and requesting benefits to same-sex spouses. The 519 has partnered with many organizations throughout the years such as Toronto District School Board to disclose positive knowledge about children with queer parents, also with the city of Toronto to make sure long-term care homes are LGBTQ friendly.

Culvers first opened its doors in Sauk City Wisconsin in the year of 1989. Craig and Lea Culver sensed it was destiny to open this restaurant with Craig’s parents. Introduction As a student that earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology, I have always had an interest in science, research, and health. Because of this general interest in all living things, and how they interact with each other, most of my adult life has been spent working in healthcare settings, trying to figure out where and how to use this knowledge. I took a short break after earning my Bachelors degree before deciding to work towards my Masters degree. During this break, I became increasingly interested in environmental issues, such as the safety of the food I feed my family, climate change, pollution issues, and the spread of diseases.
When pondering the idea of how one will be accepted on a college campus they need to know what programs are offered. In order for everyone to feel at home there needs to be a safety zone. Here at Arkansas Tech there is an Ally Training class from the Diversity and Inclusion Office. At the end of each seminar there are stickers that each person can take to hang on their door. That allows a student to know that their office is a safe zone.
International Promotion Strategy In order to achieve promotion, it requires Bombardier to get attention in the eyes of the customers of the airline companies. It need to create awareness among the users of the plane how their product is unique in terms of safety, design, beauty and comfort. An important point here is that it is not necessary that Bombardier’s aircraft are of very unique nature. This is a universal fact that no product remains unique for the whole life.

What Du Bois is actually telling us is that the ideas growing about racial discrimination amongst black people are out of their hands. White people rather treat black people more like objects and to be studied like objects. He argues that the racism of the South must be taken very seriously and not joked about or forgotten, no matter how helpless people may feel. He argues that the only solution that would fix the racism problem would be education and reason that would be questioned by black authors but can also be used to strengthen than to test the waters of racist thoughts.
