When pondering the idea of how one will be accepted on a college campus they need to know what programs are offered. In order for everyone to feel at home there needs to be a safety zone. Here at Arkansas Tech there is an Ally Training class from the Diversity and Inclusion Office. At the end of each seminar there are stickers that each person can take to hang on their door. That allows a student to know that their office is a safe zone. So, when some freshmen first arrive on campus they need to be familiar with their surroundings. They need to know that on their campus they will feel safe. So they must become aware of the diversity that is on a college campus, and the who is all included on a college campus.
