a. This business plan will describe a proposed venture to expand Buster’s from a one-store operation to a two-store operation. Over the years the store has done quite well and we feel the time is right to expand the business and venture out into the nearby community and open a second location.

b. Buster’s are a small retail business that currently operates out of a modest storefront in the lobby of a major office building in Warner Robins Georgia. The space the store currently occupies is about 1000 square feet and mostly caters to the occupants and employees of the building. The goal is to raise the capital needed through private individuals who have expressed a desire to help this project come to life. Some of our friends and family have decided to front the money to get the newest location and to equip that second store with the needed fixtures required. This business plan is designed to provide a detailed outlook of a proposed venture to expand our current retail store to a two-store retail operation in another building just blocks away from Buster’s. This new business plan is being developed to include our planned second store located in the Music City Hall of Fame office park in downtown Macon GA. That location was chosen for its location to Buster’s as well as the amount of traffic the store will see on a daily basis.
