Romeo and Juliet are in love then Romeo got excited because of Tybalt killing mercutio then Romeo killed Tybalt. Therefore they could not be together. Lord Capulet and Romeo´s decisions and actions affect the tragedy of the play. In the Story of Romeo and Juliet. The families drive conflict by the two fighting which causes Romeo to kill Tybalt. Since Romeo killed Tybalt he got banished from the land. The second time he hears that Juliet has been killed he goes right to the catacombs.
