College and Career Essay

During this school year, the senior English class has done several researches over multiple careers and colleges. However, they didn’t realize how many opportunities they got to choose from. As everyone read and gathered information, they began to narrow their choices on which college they'll eventually attend. Most people will start schooling once they graduate high school.

Meanwhile, they're several interested in becoming an Ultrasound Technician, a Physical Therapist or a Dental hygienist. With the information one student chose was to become an ultrasound Technician for many reasons. For one, "this profession is expected to see an increase in the number of jobs in the incoming years" (Career Profile), which means there will always be jobs available, another reason would be is because they make around fifty-one thousand six hundred and thirty-nine dollars to seventy-one thousand six hundred and forty-eight dollars a year, also for schooling one would have to have a one-year certificate/diploma, two-year bachelor degree and finally clinical experiences which is required. Panola has been the first choice for many because it's close to home, has a student body size of two-thousand, six –hundred and ninety-nine, so it's not very big and just about anyone who wants to go there can more than likely go. "Panola is thriving and award-winning community college located in Carthage, Texas" ( Dr, Gregory Powell).
