Mount Sinai Doctors - Jackson Heights (MSDJH) serves the Queens community providing outpatient specialty services for over 20 years. Jackson Heights is a demographically challenging community to deliver care in where 64.2% (110,108) of the population is of Hispanic Origin and nearly half of the population (46.8%) are receiving income support (Medicaid) from the government. After the relocation of MSDJH it created a need to examine and adjust logistically to the new location. The lobby layout is related with over half (62.5%) of the patient complaints since relocating. Upon analysis of MSDJH’s utilization of the assets comparing the clinic’s actual patient census with an adjusted utilization low volume target census of 2 patients per hour
