By encouraging role playing it increases peer relationship, communication, and breaking any barriers that might be created. Placing leadership and employees to role play allows both roles to better understand the different angles as to where initiatives are created and how they are executed. There will be an outside facilitator providing role playing trainings, where different scenarios will be provided. There will be on the moment feedback provided to the team by the facilitator to allow a better understanding of the impact each have. There will be random interviews and questionnaires given to employees post trainings. This will allow the facilitator and leadership team to learn what information was captured correctly, and how to better improve the engagement and presentation for future meetings. By being transparent with this strategy it will also encourage employees to pay close attention to the material being presented as they may or may not be asked about the content. A way to track how employees are putting into practice what they learn through training and feedback is to compare and contrast the different types of feedback customers are providing the company. To ensure the quality of the food continues to be top quality, the company can measure the number of employees purchasing the product. By proving new methods of processing foods, the best way to learn if the company is headed towards the right path is to listen to what the customers are saying. An increase in sales is a positive marker of the effects of the training and development and diminished sales will show a negative effect. Last but not least, having a positive response by the employees will be an indicator on how the different trainings are impacting their performance and
