on 08/18/2017 friday i officer bell was dispatched to the station in regards to a walk in. upon my arrival i made contact with a donna campeau. campeau stated that on 08/17/17 Thursday she had tried to use her debit card at Dodges gas station and it was declined. she later found out that $293.50 had been used to pay a sprint wireless phone bill.
On 7-22-2016, I, Richard Reyes was dispatched to a call for criminal trespassing at 12625 Wetmore Rd, San Antonio, TX. at approximately 0800 hours. I arrived on site at 0818 hours, where there were 2 men arguing inside of the class room. I was accompanied by back-up officer Alysha Rosario, we separated the two men from each other and asked the suspect Johnny McGregor to step outside, and the Officer Rosario spoke with him and gathered his story. I stayed inside of the classroom and spoke with the victim Jose Robledo about the incident, where Jose explained to me that his step-brother Johnny has been using the car and has not been adding gas to it.
On the above date and time I was conducting an area check of the the Ridge Road Center plaza. While behind the plaza, I observed a white, 4 door Mercury occupied by three white males. The vehicle was located in the back of the plaza next to a closed store. As I passed the vehicle all four males continued to stare at me. Concerned that the driver, or passengers may have a medical emergency, or a disabled vehicle, I proceeded to pull behind the vehicle without my lights or sirens activated to inquire.
The owner gave a description of the individual who had rented the truck providing the name of Robert “Bob” Kling. The investigators interviewed the clerk of a local motel, the clerk stated an individual in the sketch had stayed at the motel on the night of April 18, 1995, consequently, he had signed the room registry as Timothy McVeigh rather than Robert Kling.
On September 6, 2015 at approximately 8:21pm I, Deputy Tucker George, checked en route to the Shell Gas Station in Hawkins, Texas 75765, Located at 102 East front street in reference to an assault call. Upon arrival I located the complainant Michele Turner inside the Shell station sitting at a small table on the North wall of the building just inside the door. Michele Turner appeared to be intoxicated upon my arrival and displayed multiple signs of intoxication throughout the process of conducting my investigation. Michele Turner was unable to provide detailed information in regards to her assault, but did state the house at which she had been and was assaulted was a known dope house. On the date of 03/08/2017 at about () hours I was dispatched to the address of 300 N 6th St (the Greybull Motel) in Greybull to a reported domestic violance situation. I was informed by dispatch that the reporting party was in the office of the motel at this time. Upon my arriavl at the above location I spoke with the reporting party, Donald MOFETT() who informed me that his girlfriend had struck him multiple times in the face, neck and shoulder. I observed that MOFETT 'S left eye apeared to be swollen, I also observed marks on the left side of his face, and on his right sholder. When I asked MOFETT what had happened prior to the incident he stated that himself and his girlfriend Montica ROMERO() had gotten a motel room to have some time away from her family that they are staying with, and that both parties had consumed alcohol.
On the above date and time I was conducting a business check of Spice Asian Fusion. While conducting the business check, I observed a White male laying next to the front door of the property. The subject appeared to be sleeping on a cardboard box. I macde contact with the subject, later identified as Newton Clark Kline III. Clark advisedd me that he was just sleeping and not in need of medical attention.
On 02/12/2016 at about 0830 HRS Scott Chisholm came into the Barton County Sheriff's Office and reported that his machine shed had been entered and items stolen from it again last night. This is the 2nd time in less than a week his shed had been burglarized. I responded to the scene, in the 400 block of SE 20 Ave, on the west side. I followed Chisholm across the sand drive into the grass so as not to disturb any tire impressions or possible shoe impressions. The maching shed sets about 100 yds west of SE 20 Av and has several implements in the area as well.

On 5/25/16 at 9:40 PM, Integrity Associate (I/A) Nathan Govan (natgovan) notified Shift Supervisor Enmanuel Cabrera that he believe someone may have stolen his lunch. S/S Cabrera quickly gathered the information needed and walked over to the refrigerator at question to get the exact location where the he left his lunch. On Saturday 05/15/2016 at approximately 1855 hours, a male Stab Wound victim walked into the Emergency Department triage with a severe Stabbing Wound at the base of his neck on the left side. Security staff conferred with E.D. Charge Nurse Robbie Phillips and placed the Emergency Department in a lockdown, Security Officers from both Squad responded and dispatched over Front and back E.D. entrances. Security Supervisor Thomas Mejia contacted the Orange County Sheriff 's Department at 1900 hours, Security Manager Richard King was informed by text of the incident at 1901 hours and Nursing Supervisor Debra Reilly was informed by phone as well. On 10-17-2017, at approximately 2155 hours, Officer Sabo B3173 noticed there were several Inmates crowding D6 B-Pod bathroom located at 3225 W. Gibson Ln Phoenix AZ 85009. Officer Sabo advised me via the radio that I needed to go check B-Pods bathroom. I immediately went to B-Pod; Officer Sabo then made a radio call for additional officers for an inmate/inmate fight. As I entered B-bod several people ran out of the bathroom. I told the Inmates that were running out of the restroom to have a seat at the dayroom table.
Interviews & Statements On Monday, May 5, 2014 at approximately 1:35pm I obtained the following statement from the complainant patient Robert Lopez of room 227B located in the Greenberg Pavilion 8-Central. Mr. Lopez stated that on Saturday, May 3, 2014 around 6 or 7pm he placed the listed items inside his night gown. On the following day the items was missing. At first he figured it was accidently taken with the dirty linen but then he received a call from the credit card company informing him of the unusual charges.

On 7-23-2015 at about 1956 hours I was dispatched to an unwanted subject at the Shell Gas Station at 1439 Auburn Way N, Auburn, King, WA. Enroute dispatch advised that a male was at the location emptying the trash and was refusing to leave when asked by the employee/reporting party, Hany Malak. The subject was described as wearing a black shirt and black shirts. Upon arrival at the location, I saw the employee, Malak, in a verbally altercation with a male matching the description. They were located on the north side of the gas station in between the gas pump stalls.
