The cause and effect of dependency in our welfare system

The United States government has various programs in place to aid those who are in financial difficulties. These programs come in a wide variety of services to help those who need assistance. In some places these programs have procedures that are required in order to receive benefits. Programs as such are created for citizens as support with the expectation of them improving while receiving these services, but there are individuals who disagree with these programs. These positions are considered bad because they are not the ideal family setting in our society. The outcome of these situations have historically pushed poverty and welfare caseloads up. Most unexpected divorces, teen pregnancy and single family sceneries effect the parent’s incapability to produce the proper income for their family, making government assistances a last result. I imagine that welfare recipients depend upon the services because they lack self-value, confidence, education, skills and structure. It shows in the locations they are placed in for affordable housing. The schools in some of these surrounding areas do not meet those in suburban areas. Without suitable education and skills these people will never make it out of the devastation they are in. The resources they offer are great for enforcing work ethnic but the people that are coming for services have some sort of dysfunctional background. Without the appropriate guidance from their past they will result back to their ways that are must fitting to them. Breaking that cycle of dysfunction will be the only determining factor in how this minority group will flourish. Although the odds are against those who are on welfare and have come from a history of family malfunction doesn’t always mean they will have the same
