The Chevrolet brand has been a top competitor in the auto industry since the 1915 release of a comparable model to Ford’s Model T at a price of $490. In addition, the legacy Chevrolet has created in the United States had helped them lead the way in auto manufacturing due to the diverse models of vehicles dating all the way back to 1911 when William Durant realized the importance of diversification of cars in the auto industry. Similarly, Chevy currently has seven car models, four SUV/Crossovers, four trucks/vans, and one electric vehicle. Presumably, the Spark and the Sonic cars are in the economy car group meaning they are a good quality for the cost and are fuel efficient somewhat like the electric Volt car.
