The cold war was started with two huge countries fighting for nuclear power.The Cold War started after World War II. The Cold War was a tense relationship between U.S and the Soviet union and nuclear power. This was not like any other conflict. This war held powerful nuclear bombs by U.S and U.S.S.R(Union of soviet socialist republics).This war was also waged on political economic.This war was with limited resources because it was right after world war II and every weapon was used. The cold war was 1947-1991 right after world war II 1939-1945. Nato(North Atlantic Treaty Organization) is a group of country that formed a allies. This includes France, Canada, Belgium,Iceland, luxembourg, Norway, Italy, Netherlands,Denmark, Portugal, U.S, United Kingdom. The warsaw was also at risk.This includes Soviet Union,Albania, Poland, Romania,Hungary,East germany,Czechoslovakia,Bulgaria. during the Cold War the Berlin Wall separated the free part of Germany and the Soviet Union side. There was many different conflicts in many parts of the country/ world. What are the most famous ones happened in Cuba where the U2 fighter plane was shot down. One that might have affected the entire war was the Cuban Missile Crisis. Where are U2 Plane saw missile constructions near the coast of Florida. Many other war where stated Including the Vietnam War, the Soviet Afghanistan war, the Korean War. Soviet and the USA what on to make many different weapons including missiles, bombs, and guns ,and many more aircraft and vehicles. during the Cold War almost everyone in the world is at risk of nuclear war or a nuclear hit in their country. Two of the world's biggest states were out there fighting. the kids at school practice the attack for any reason and they went in the hallways under desks and under in the basement of the school. US and Soviet we're having a race to see who could get the most nuclear power. this race was called the arm race Increase the power of all the killer possession in Soviet and in us so they were the strongest countries. U.S economy grew stronger than the Soviets. Two allies during the World War II are now the two biggest states with the most nuclear power fighting.
