1. Name 3 long-term employee relations objectives. How would you achieve these objectives? (9 marks)

Employee relations objectives are very important to build a truth and solid organization. Some of these are workforce planning, it is a process for the future planning of the company, but completely important. Second, they need to think what it is more important to have a quick solution, for no initiate many problems for the organization and which one they can think with more time about the risk. They can measure these risks doing a description low to high of the risks. For example: High, a very important risk that organization need to be attentive to then, Moderate, they have more time to think about the risk and do a good planning to eliminate it and Low, that it is a risk probably will never happen, but it happens they already think about and have some solution for that.

4. How will you ensure you abide by the following legislative requirements:

a. Workplace laws (4 marks)

We will make a plan according to with the managers and the union working with us to bring the better results. The union of the company will guide the plan with the laws for that organization sequel. We can apply for the plan with posters, big meeting for the employees and mini meeting for the managers, with access to the company website.

b. Workplace, health & safety (4 marks)

The organization will work hard to heal all the problems and grievances. The first step for a grievance will be from the employee to the supervisor, the supervisor will try to solve the problem-based in the plan if it is not possible, the supervisor will carry the problem to a manager of the department they should be able to take the problem and solve it. If the problem it is particular they need to have an action, but if the problem it is from many employees they need to communicate the Human Resources and they need to be able to find the way for this grievances.
