Professional challenges, collaboration, and conflict in the nursing role are topics that all nurses are facing or could possibly face in the future. Anything a person does in life is going to be challenging in some sort of way. The following paper should discuss some of the situations and concerns that a nurse may develop or witness during their time as a nurse. As a student enters nursing school, student nurses are typically juniors in college and have experienced both challenges and conflict in life at some point. Many nurses stated that they don’t know what certain preferences cultures have because they simple don’t have time to learn it; however they did state that they have to ask their patients every time about their specific cultural preferences when care is provided. Lack of resources to learn about the cultural care they need to be providing is also an issue. In nursing school, students learn general things about certain religions or
