Assumptions
Nurses personal leadership philosophy incorporates a numeral of underlying assumptions that are essential to the leader, and which may differ from those of other leaders. Assumptions for my personal philosophy development include the following. Leadership opportunities are open to all levels within an organization or group and casual or unassigned leadership from the middle can have a very positive impact on group and results. Another assumption is that change is a constant variable and all leaders and teams must evolve with that change to be successful. Leaders must be open to that change and willing to re-look at established processes and predetermined approaches. especially in nursing, policy and procedures change quickly,

Not only recruit the new nurses motivate and inspire the future generations of nursing profession then we must come together in creating a strategic plan that can reflect, address and continually monitor the challenges new nurses face when being formally introduced into their professional community. By itself, the evolving transition experience of the new nurses has the possible to connect and advance the entire profession by making visible the current challenges and triumphs of the entire nursing community. additional, I would concern that it is not enough to just understand what new nurses experience during their journey from nurse to advance roles; this is but one phase in their socialization to the profession of nursing and a relative first step in their ongoing professionalization as nurses. In one hand, Nurses should equipped with theoretically, if not the image of nurses being doctors hand maidens is promoted. on the other hand, if they are not proficient in practice their credibility is questioned, this can lead to frustration and de-motivation. To achieve this, need to spend time in clinical practice, updating skills and experiencing the realities of practice. Also, alternating periods of clinical update in practice and job role exchanges between educators and clinicians can be utilized by the nursing profession. nursing schools and hospitals adapt the latest models of learning and teaching which promote the self directed approach and the problem-based learning approach (Ajani and Moez 2011). Supervised learning in clinical practice fosters emotional intelligence, responsibility, motivation and deeper understanding of patient relationships and nurses identity and role (Allan et al 2008).
