Especially my elementary school, when it had really drilled into my head to “treat others the way you want to be treated.” Treating others with respect is one of the most important qualities to have when living life. Not only does it build character in having compassion and the ability to care, it builds relationships and connections. It is how friendships are made, and they have the possibility of opening up new opportunities for you in times of need.
