There are many things that make people different from each other, whether it's their personality, opinions, belongings, quirks, features or strengths. We are quick to notice quirks in others beliefs and their identifying features. Soon after meeting someone we identify their individual characteristics and extrapolate their personality, but it takes awhile to develop a rounded perceptive of someone’s strengths. Strengths are elusive even to the individual, it takes many trials and tribulations to discover one's strengths; however, when you do uncover your own strengths the reward is almost immeasurable.What are strengths? A deliberate person will carefully plan instead of charging steadfast into something. They are aware of the numerous dangers and risks of life and as a result of this awareness, they attempt to minimize said risks. People with this trait are naturally cautious in all of their actions and decisions. I personally know for a fact this attribute has had a vice-like grip on me in the past. I believe I can thank my achiever strength for amplifying my deliberative trait. During elementary, I lived inside my own head. I planned out scenarios before they happened, I meticulously thought through all my actions and almost never spoke. It took a year or more in a notoriously nonchalant environment for me to grow out of this overly cautious attitude. As a result, this trait is nowhere near as evident in me as it was before. I can now easily prattle or rant on command; the polar opposite of how I used to be. Nonetheless, my deliberative side becomes clearly evident whenever I have to make a decision. This leaves me in a weird limbo between extreme caution and carefree action which occasionally borderlines stupidity. My awareness of risks may have been developed thanks to my next characteristic,
