Dear Honors English Teachers, My name is Juliana Frazier, and I want to be in Honors English Nine. My passion for writing is one of the key reasons I aspire to be in this class. Ultimately, all of my strengths have helped me improve as a student and as a person overall. They have helped me improve in school and life. All students have weaknesses—even the best. Some students struggle with working around their weaknesses, but others can work through them. I struggle with managing my time because I procrastinate and struggle to get things done when I first get the assignment. I also struggle to manage my stress and end up emotional when I feel like my work is too much for me. When this happens, I ask my teacher about the problems I’m struggling with and get the help I need. I am aware of my problems and how they connect, currently, I am working on doing my work as soon as possible to stop emotional periods. In conclusion, my weaknesses can be a problem, but I am very aware of them and working on them to help myself and my well-being. Being an Honors student means having a heavier workload and going at a faster pace, but I see it as a step toward my long-term goal. I aspire to be a high-achieving college student, and being in Honors English will significantly contribute to this
