Introduction
Defining and apprehending the elements of a work culture is critical to establishing a professional individuality either online or in person. These factors are crucial since they reflect how professionals to interact, whether online or in person. Each industry group cultures include; language and behavior, attitude and beliefs, values and interests, education and training, tools and equipment used and how they interact with others in the defined profession. This paper looks at the culture of Human Resource Director. A Human Resource Director is responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company's human resources. The profession has its vocabularies that it used in its daily operations such as training of staff, implementation of policies, employees law, occupational health environment, performance appraisal rights of the employees and communication. The holder of this position is supposed to behave in a manner to be a role model for the staff. The ethics of this post is the treatment of all employees with basic dignity and distributive justice.
