In conclusion, Macy’s is a struggling enterprise that is having a hard time keeping up with shopper’s demands. Macy’s has been around since 1858, so perhaps it's time to close the business. Macy’s has had some great ethical decisions like initiating the Company’s Compliance and Ethics Program, committing to sustainability, however, the business has made an unethical decision that can’t be overlooked.
