Themes in stories have usually two sides to it which is the first one and the opposite to it, and this is a contrast of theme which occurs in each of the two stories. Ender’s Game also has a theme of love because Ender loves his sister Valentine and went to battle school in order to save her. Romeo and Juliet also has a theme about love that is somewhat similar to that of Ender’s Game. It starts off with Romeo being in love with Rosaline, and later he and Juliet fall in love with each other. Their deaths are all because they fell in love with each other and couldn’t stand being without the other.
When a servant comes and asks Romeo to read something for him. After reading, Romeo and Benvolio find out that it’s a party for the Capulets and Benvolio talks Romeo into going to get over Rosaline. “At this same ancient feast of Capulet's Sups the fair Rosaline whom thou so lov'st; With all the admired beauties of Verona. Go thither; and, with unattainted eye, Compare her face with some that I shall show”. (Act1.1)
“The beautiful Rosaline whom you love so much will be at the Capulet’s traditional feast, along with every beautiful woman in Verona.” -Benvolio. In Act 1, Scene 2 we see how Romeo's ‘love’ for Rosaline is what urges him to go to the feast, hence leading to the start of this whole affair. “Who is the girl on the arm of that lucky knight over there?” -Romeo.
Romeo and Juliet and Ender's Game are two works of literature that explore the themes of love and war in different ways. While Romeo and Juliet is a classic tragic love story set in Renaissance Italy, Ender's Game is a science fiction novel set in a distant future where humanity is at war with an alien race. Despite the differences in setting and genre, both works examine the complexities of human relationships and the cost of conflict. There are certain themes that the reader can observe while reading these two novels; violence in the family is a very visible theme due to the fact that Ender's own brother is the most violent character in the story and the Montagues and Capulets are two families who hold a violent grudge against each other.
In Romeo & Juliet they made a plan to escape and in the Lord of the flies they had the same objective to escape. In both novels they fail to realize that the actions they made comes with a price for example in Romeo & Juliet they made a plan to escape Verona but they did think of consequences and problems that could occur in other words their actions were not thought out fully. Lord of the flies and Romeo & Juliet story relate to each other in many ways. In Both novels they make mistakes but in Lord of the flies the biggest mistake is when the hunters leave the fire to hunt the pig. When this happens Ralph sees a ship in the distance and rushes to the fire noticing that it was out so he goes to yell at jack saying “there was a ship.
“ Benvolio - “At this same ancient feast of Capulet’s sups the fair Rosaline whom thou so loves, with all the admired beauties of Verona. Go thither, and with unattainted eye compare her face with some that I shall show, and I will make thee think thy swan a crow.” “ (Shakespeare 683), Benvolio urges Romeo that Rosaline is not the only exquisite woman in the world. “ Benvolio - “But in that crystal scales let there be weighed your lady’s love against some other maid that I will show you shining at this feast, and she shall scant show well that now seems best.” “ (Shakespeare 683), Benvolio thinks that Romeo should look for other beauties, not just Rosaline because she ignores his love.
Many people think of a tragic love story when they hear, Romeo and Juliet, but it is often misinterpreted as being just that. While remaining timeless, this important literary work changed society’s ideas about the perfect love story. The play, Romeo and Juliet, written by William Shakespeare, gives readers several perspectives on love and how it influences relationships. Shakespeare uses this cast of characters to show young love and its unpredictability, loyal friendships, and most importantly, romantic love.
Benvolio tells Romeo that he will find a new girl there by saying, “At this same ancient feast of Capulet’s / Sups the fair Rosaline whom thou so loves, / With all the admired beauties of Verona. / Go thither; and with unattainted eye / Compare her face with some I shall show, / And I will make thee think thy swan a crow,” (I.ii.83-88). By saying this, Benvolio encourages Romeo to compare Rosaline to other girls and find a new beauty, but really, he allows Romeo to look into Juliet and start a downward spiral to
This can also be reconnected to Benvolio's idea that a new beauty could easily make Romeo forget about Rosaline or make ¨ thee think swan a
Most movies that show stories interpret the tale differently than what is in the original text. This often happens to make the movie more appealing for a mainstream movie audience. Both of these lead to differences in the movies that depict the story. This is apparent in the movie Romeo and Juliet by Franco Zeffirelli in 1968 and in Romeo and Juliet by Baz Luhrmann in 1996. In the two movies, the tale of Romeo and Juliet is told so plainly differently from the original story.
Every time a movie is remade, there are bound to be differences between the original and the new versions. Romeo and Juliet has been adapted into multiple movies, each portraying the tragic play in the director’s own way. In the 1967 version of Romeo and Juliet, directed by Franco Zeffirelli, portrays Romeo and Juliet in a lighthearted manner. In the 1996 version, directed by Baz Luhrmann, is more violent and filled with action. In the 1967 Romeo and Juliet movie, the fight scene between Mercutio and Tybalt is portrayed in a jesting manner based on the light-hearted personality of Mercutio whereas, in the 1996 version, the battle scene is dark and violent due to the brooding and notoriously problematic personality of the modern Mercutio.
I think Shakespeare is very lucky guy. If he didn't write famous plays like 'Julius Caesar', he would not be famous. It means that ‘The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet’ would not be famous. According to the class of Yensei University, the professor of the class of the tragedy said that if William Shakespeare didn’t write plays after he wrote ‘The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet’, then William Shakespeare would not be famous and won’t be loved by many readers as the fans of Maroon 5 buy the music songs what Maroon 5 sang whatever the music is not good. Also, I think William Shakespeare is bad person in the world because he made many students be disturbed by hard to understand.

Also, this portrait is one of the most famous portrait during the Renaissance. Back then wealthy people, like kings; nobles; etc., were able to afford the portrait, but now most people can afford it.
