The Renaissance Era was a time of developing modern interest, new ideals, and knowledge. Humanism, which also arose in this time, is the high regard for humans as a race. It also withered away of shallow ideas of human nature and men’s ranks in society. Ideals of the Renaissance are still widely used and valued in our society today. Since only the richest men were educated in the fifteenth century, the Renaissance was big on supporting the middle class. Plays used to educate the people would be assessable to them as well as the upper class. This is similar to the world we live in today. Just about any average person can afford a ticket to a baseball game or concert, things are made to accommodate everyone because of the Renaissance influence.
