It’s okay to be angry, but you must remain respectful as well.” (Robinson #3) Many people use negative thoughts as a way to hurt others, although they should take it as something that they can do to make the relationship healthy. In other words, to have a healthy conversation, you should tell the other person your thoughts and listen to their opinion as well.
