Through the program of University of Mary Washington I have seen how the conceptual frame work has helped me as an educator grow and prepare me for a career in education.There is always a new way to leaner new questions to ask and new way to look at things. I see the changing nature of learning as a skill that is needed in order for you to reach your potential as an educator you work with an unpredictable population so being adaptable in your instruction and management will allow for not only your students to successful but also me as an educator to be successful. However as an educator you need to take into consideration your class and the need and learners your class. Using the new technique may not set your class up for success. But taking into consideration your class and making adjustment to new techniques in order for them to be used in your class is the best way to use new techniques and research. As a teacher be reflective of similar techniques you have tried and how your class responded to those techniques. Involving student in this process and asking what works for them and what is not working for them is a great way for student to feel validated and respected.
Having student feel validated and respected is essential to any classroom community because not only does it set up a safe environment but it reduces behavioral issues, increase creativity, and student form a growth mindset because in the classroom they feel respected and feel that it is oaky to challenging themselves. This in turn creates an community of out of the box thinker and inspires curiosity and creatively therefore setting up your student up for a successful
