Conflict Negotiation
Conflict implies to a severe disagreement or argument, and a protracted one between two people or parties, as defined by the United States judicial system. Whenever people work together, it is obligatory for them to work and coexist harmoniously with mutual benefit amongst themselves. But it is also normal for disagreement to arise from time to time, but the worst scenario exists when the conflict begins gaining public and media attention (Lansford, 2008). These conflicts have major negative impacts towards the entity as they create dented image of the entity which sometimes may be challenging to clear.

The conflict was about the nurse failure to administer medication to a patient in time as the manager to his office had summoned her. She had spent quite a lot of time in the mangers office. When the doctor came and realized that the nurse had not given medication to the patient, a conflict arose, and doctor started accusing her of trying to sabotage his efforts to give better results. This matter made the nurse not to report to work the following day as she was not listened to. The doctor filled a resignation letter, but the management could not approve it, patients started complaining of the poor services, and therefore the whole hospital was at a standstill. But later, the management controlled the situation by explaining to the doctor what had happened to the nurse making her not to give the medication. The conflict was solved in a cooperative way and the two parties resumed their
