From the outside, every member of the Corps is viewed as an equal, regardless of their position. Yet, from the inside there is an apparent divide between outfits and staff. However, we are all members of the Corps of Cadets, and are striving to achieve a common mission. We each have our own purpose in helping to achieve the goals of the Corps and I see staff as the entity that holds the Corps accountable to its mission statement. As a student organization, the responsibility of executing the mission of the Corps is given to select leaders around the quad. Each of these leaders has their own ideas for how they want to achieve this mission, which is what makes the Corps such as successful and unique leadership organization. However, we have
