Introduction The Monterey County Department of Social Services (MCDSS) has a great impact on serving older adults in the Monterey County. The MCDSS has a variety of services in the county including the cities of Salinas, King City and Seaside. The MCDSS mission statement is very clear and precise in what they value and how they will help others value themselves. They have one goal and one goal only, to help serve the client.
Introduction To establish purpose of existence and provide insight to the desired future, organizations, companies, and agencies formulate vision, mission statement, and goals or objectives to serve as the blueprint that help to build and operate an excellence-driven organization or agency. Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) is one of the state’s agencies charged with protecting the public, detainees, and offenders under its supervision (DPSCS, n. d.). The mission and vision of the agency can be seen as the managerial tools that are used to direct the agency’s personnel’s behavior toward attaining its objectives (Dermol, 2012). In this paper, I will report how the DPSCS vision and mission statement associate

The Commissioners re-accredited the Sheriff’s Office March 2011 (http://www.shelby-sheriff.org/admin/accred.html). . Boundless is dedicated to help people that need support especially women. We dedicate to give women in need clothing and make them prepare for any occasion. Boundless strives to help women move forward and become successful in whatever they want to accomplish. We do this by having designated bins in our stores where people can leave clothing that they no longer want. We do this because we want women to feel and look confident no matter the occasion.
Community Credit Union is a credit union that services the community of Androscoggin County, Maine. One of the ways this credit union lives up to its mission statement is that it was formed as a co-operative and therefore, it is owned by its members. The credit union was originally formed in 1945 by a group from St. Peter and St. Paul to fill a need for financial services for their parishioners. Under the Credit Union laws of the State of Maine, a group of these parishioners were able to vote to incorporate. Those on March 6, 1945 the credit union was born.
As a prospective member of the National Honor Society, I feel that I would be a good fit for National Honor Society because of my willingness to do service for our community and because of my willingness to help others. In the beginning of my freshman year I aspired to be a part of such a great organization and I am so thrilled with the possibility of being a future member. It would be an honor and a privilege to be in National Honor Society and I would take my duties and tasks very seriously. I feel that MCC’s National Honor Society is a superior group of students who will help motivate me by portraying high quality character and a good academically humble backdrop for the rest of my highschool career. I believe MCC’s National Honor Society
According to the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC)(2015), the development of competent, committed professional leaders of character is imperative to the readiness of our Army (TRADOC, 2015, p.3). The NCO 2020 Strategy provides the, “guidance on ends, ways, and means for developing NCOs that exercise Mission Command while planning, preparing, executing, and assessing Unified Land Operations to meet the challenges of the 21st Century and preserve the combat readiness of our force” (TRADOC, 2015, p.3). Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) (2006) defines leadership as, “the process of influencing people by providing purpose, direction, and motivation while operating to accomplish the mission and improving the organization” (HQDA, 2006, p.1-2).

I am grateful to have encountered the National Society of Leadership and Success in my life. It is a pleasure to be the President of the San Juan College NSLS chapter. It has been a great semester so far. I truly believe in the society’s mission statement considering it has helped student members at San Juan College. My favorite event that the society has as a requirement for induction are the SNTs.
I very much enjoy talking to people about their interests. Upperclass students tend to have more of an idea on what they want to do with their major, and often have more of an established routine already here on campus. Which honestly to me seems like fun to be around. However, my preference is not that strong, and I would enjoy both first year and mixed almost, or if not, an equal amount to upperclass students.
Many leaders place no trust in the abilities of their underclassmen, and therefore underscore their duties by preventing them to fail and learn from mistakes. Seniors will not listen to underclassmen opinions when planning and will belittle them when the implementation will not meet their standards. This causes many outfit, even Corps wide insubordination, an alignment of cliques, and habits such as hazing which do not form men and women into competent leaders. Cadets in leadership must have the opportunity to fail, and when they do, there must a mentoring so that those cadets will learn from their
The values of compassion and accountability are only two of what I like to represent in my character. Leadership is also a big part of my identity, as I am a student representative for my school’s student council. If there’s anything that I’ve learned from being on student council, it’s that passion is the most important driving force in leadership. I joined the student council on a mission to proactively help build and make my school a better place, not just by being good in my own academics, but also leading by example for my fellow students. And like everything else, I don’t like to be insufficient in the work I do for the student council, such as creating school-wide spirit days for the students to enjoy after an entire grading period of work and hustle.
Committee involvement cultivates future chapter leaders. New chapters receive additional leadership development
