Hello, Crocs Hiring Committee, I am known among my colleges as having excellent juggling skills. And although those skills don’t include actual juggling, I do excel in managing multiple projects at once while consistently delivering results on time and within budget. It is for that reason, along with my background in design and ability to work collaboratively, that makes me believe I am a great fit for the Creative Services Coordinator position. I have been fortunate enough to wear a handful of different design and marketing hats in my career from product designer to design consultant to project manager. With each role, I have successfully supported and led creative teams in solving problems related to brand image and customer engagement to effectively bridge the gap between creative teams and key stakeholders who may not be well-versed in the creative process or design thinking. On a daily basis, I juggle the creation and implantation of multiple new product and marketing initiatives in an attempt to support the larger branding and marketing strategies. I collaborate cross-functionally with teams to manage all details related to product development including concept generation, art direction for packaging and sell sheets, shipping logistics, and supplier relations. Each day has me jumping from one project to another while providing constant communication with all parties involved. I thoroughly enjoy juggling and organizing my numerous projects, but I miss collaborating with stakeholders as well as having a more active role in the creative process.
