Aligning organizational performance:
Organizational culture is the human behavior within an organization and the meaning that they attach to those behaviors. Also, organizational culture shows the collective values, beliefs and principles of organizational members and is a product of such factors as history, product, market, technology, and strategy, type of employees, management style, and national culture. Culture includes the organization's vision, values, norms, systems, symbols, language, assumptions, beliefs, and habits. Organizational culture also refers to the fact that most companies have a tough environment in which employees are forced to work harder than they usually have to. Action is the most successful and best non-food discount store chain with a good, cheap and constantly surprising selection. Action has good employees that stand in the center of society. The Action Company does not operate a formal work clothing for the employees, apart from those who are provided with a uniform and protective clothing. Furthermore, workers have to make sure that their dressing is appropriate for the situation in which they are working

Goal alignment strengthens the leadership at the Action Company by allowing managers to understand more clearly all responsibilities associated with specific goals, eliminate poorly performed job across job titles and to focus their staffs on the company's most important goals. Action sets Specific goals that let the employees to know exactly what is expected of them with no room for misinterpretation. Actions Specific goals answer the questions of who is responsible for what task? When is the task to done? What task is to be accomplished? Which requirements/constraints are involved? Where is the task to be completed? And why is the task important or
