The above findings confirmed that reviewing vision statement can help stakeholders in the school have common understanding. Establishing targets to measure progress towards achieving the vision is must. The responsibilities of the administration is not just establishing a vision, also inviting others to share in its development. Leaders should keep in mind that it takes time to achieve the vision, and do not rush. The vision will be shelved alongside the school improvement plan, as the staff is already involved in school improvement plan. The involvement of the entire faculty is necessary. The common knowledge of the faculty is more likely to be realized when there is a common understanding of a shared vision.
