The above findings confirmed that reviewing vision statement can help stakeholders in the school have common understanding. Establishing targets to measure progress towards achieving the vision is must. The responsibilities of the administration is not just establishing a vision, also inviting others to share in its development. Leaders should keep in mind that it takes time to achieve the vision, and do not rush. The vision will be shelved alongside the school improvement plan, as the staff is already involved in school improvement plan. The involvement of the entire faculty is necessary. The common knowledge of the faculty is more likely to be realized when there is a common understanding of a shared vision. To involve the staff and parents in the vision progress copies of your school's focus should be on vision statement in faculty and PTA meetings. Vision oversight team will be formed. The team consist of Principal, assistant principal, and the representatives from department chairs, counselors, assessment coach, instructional coach and the faculty. The team s main responsibilities will be including all the stake holders in the process, establishing the targets, including discussions on vision along with SIP, highlighting visions progress in faculty and PTSA meetings. Reviewing data by oversight team and then as a faculty is essential to help everyone identify where the school currently stands on vision. Without a general understanding of the current data, the development of the vision could go in as many directions as there are opinions. The data provide a common, objective understanding and a solid foundation to build on.
