I had been selected for this position purely based on my merits. During interview process, I was able to exhibit and highlight the skills I had, which were necessary for a successful Business Analyst. The hiring manager was fully confident on my skills and soon after interview he appreciated about the level of knowledge about the Business Analysis which I gained from class room.
Right from the beginning my supervisor exhibited more confidence on my skills and ability. I had been assigned various small tasks initially and subsequently my responsibilities increased. My academic learning profoundly helped me to understand the ongoing project initiatives and given me more confidence to approach the project daily activities in a proper perspective.
