There are many reasons why I would like to earn a scholarship for Pensacola Children’s Chorus. I believe, and have been told, that I strongly expemplify most of the traits, if not all, that are desired in PCC scholarship winners. For one, I am known as a very positive and energetic person, and preforming is my passion. I am very happy doing it, even when I have to sing and dance for hours on end. I can’t imagine myself doing much else with my life than preforming, acting, singing, etc.
When the odds are stacked against me is when I truly believe I am strongest. A scholarship would assist me in achieving my long-term goal of Social Work and being able to help disadvantaged youth overcome adversity. My grades are not spectacular, but they are solid. I am persistent and I complete what I have started.
Sincerely, Aaron Wilson Tell the scholarship donor a little about yourself.
I have been taught my whole life to work hard and never give up, not for any reason. I feel I exemplify scholarship the most, because my grades have always been very important to me. I do any extra credit that I can so that I can go above the average grade in school. I have maintained straight A’s for the year and I have even had over 100% in English every term.

Dear, Committee Members, I am very interested in working at the Rutgers Graduate School of Education as a Part Time Social Studies Lecturer. As a life-long learner, I was heavily influenced to pursue this profession because of the inspiring educators I encountered in the public school system. I’m part of two Historical Organizations (the Civil War Trust and the National Trust for Historical Preservation) that help protect, interpret, and educate the public about the past. I completed a four-month long-term substitute social studies teaching position at Piscataway High School, teaching four World History classes and one Sociology Elective. In addition, I have over five years of substitute teaching experience working at Dunellen and Middlesex Public Schools, providing aid and assistance to a variety of different learners in multiple

This scholarship is a wonderful opportunity for students of GVSU, and I am honored to be considered for this scholarship. I believe that I am a great applicant for this scholarship, and that I deserve this scholarship. One reason I deserve this scholarship is because of my strong academic courses. Throughout my high school career, I pushed myself academically by taking a total of 10 AP classes and 7 honors classes. These classes were all challenging, yet I pushed through with determination to complete the classes to the best of my ability.
