I am honored to be a recipient of the 2018 Larry A. Jones Scholarship. As one of this year’s recipients, I am grateful for the opportunities this scholarship will provide me.
I will be an incoming sophomore studying Healthcare Management and Policy with a minor in Human Resource Management. My goal is to enter the healthcare field with the eventual goal of becoming a hospital administrator. Currently, I am involved in the IU Student Athletic Board and the Healthcare Management and Policy Student Association. In addition to my organizational involvement, I am an employee of the Indiana University Recreational Sports facility which serves to help fund my education. Thank you for your contribution; this will enable me to become a more active and involved participant on campus. I will be seeking opportunities to use my studies and time to become a more positive influence by accepting more opportunities to learn and serve in campus clubs and organizations.

I am a first year undergraduate at Indiana University pursuing a healthcare service management and policy major with a minor in human resources in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA). I am originally from Washington, Indiana where I graduated from Washington High School in 2017. I am involved in the IU Student Athletic Board (SAB) and the Healthcare Management and Policy Student Association.
