“Oh, shit… What the heck was that?” Lovienthal cried out sounding scared and confused. “Whoever set this up electrified the cattle wire!” Billy hollered. “Hurry, help me get him down!” He cried out. Ryan, V.Q., and Steaks scrambled passed Mary, Morgan, Riley, and a barking Chuckles to get to Billy who was desperately trying to support Johnny’s head and abdomen as he struggled to keep his balance from not tumbling down the shifting debris. The guys quickly got to Billy and helped to carry Johnny down off the rubble. He then pulled his Taurus 800, but he elected not to use it, not wanting to waste the ammo. Instead he departed along with the McAllisters, making his way down the narrow path of the escarpment. Billy yelled, “Here boy!” calling for Chuckles to come back, but the dog ignored his first request. To fixated on singlehandedly ripping apart every last one of the living dead with his bare teeth. The McAllisters paused before heading down the escarpment as they watched the dog work. Then Ryan picked up again in calling. After several more attempts by the both brothers, Chuckles began to comply realizing that he might be left. The dead began to fill in around the now abandoned vehicles and with doing so Billy and Ryan descended down to the creek. When Steaks seen the dead at the top of the escarpment closing in on the McAllisters he didn’t hesitated to jump of the embankment into the chilly waters.
