asked Ms. Tomcala to give a status report regarding his request to have some influence on appointments to the Board. Mr. Brownstein, Board Chair, suggested that a meeting be scheduled with the Board of Supervisors to suggest that at least one physician be appointed to the Board. Ms. Lew and Mr. Brownstein agreed to meet with Dr. Wenner to discuss the process moving forward. Mr. Brownstein also agreed to call Supervisor Wasserman’s office to set a meeting to inquire about Dr. Wenner’s reappointment. Ms. Tomcala also commented that Linda Williams has requested to be reappointed to the Board and that her position falls under District 3, Supervisor Cortese’s.
In MISD, the district shapes campus budgets based on snapshot data from the previous school year. In her second year as Mansfield Summit’s principal, Dr. Charlotte Ford next works closely with the Campus Leadership Team (CLT) and the Site Based Decision Making Committee (SBDM) in spending of allotments. In MISD, the district controls salaries, however salaries purchased by Title 1 funds can be controlled at the campus level. Once the district assigns campus monies,
Superintendent Elliott made some errors in this situation. A couple of the errors were responding to the parent complaint without referring him to the proper level and failing to listen to the principal. The complaint that was made by the parent is something that should have been handled by the building principal. Instead of trying to take care of the situation himself the superintendent he should have led the parent to the correct building level channel first to come to allow them the chance to come to a solution. The building principal should have been able to build a stronger school community relation with this parent by being honest and handling his mistake.
Consequently, a review of the employment process is instructive (Gittens, 2017). The Chief Human Resource Officer for the Lee County School District Dr. Angela Pruitt (2017) provided an Affidavit that explained the School District process for hiring an Assistant Principal. Dr. Pruitt (2017) mentioned that for an applicant to be considered for the position of an Assistant Principal, that the applicant must apply and then accepted into the AP Pool. Also, after the applicant has been approved, they are then eligible to apply and even hired for an Assistant Principal position within any district (Gittens,

At the last meeting, the Board, instead of making the hard decision between two group’s interests, chose to placate both groups by spending unnecessary money in an attempt at political correctness. Godwin school feeling the random effect of this political correctness is complaining of this unfair bullying. On the budget, the discussion centered about removing paying for a study comparing whether indeed the Board bureaucracy and its central administration is too overbearing on the system or whether the amount of burden the central administration places on the system is typical for our

Writing, searching, and investigating this paper was really fun. I enjoyed searching and learning new material that I did not know. I really enjoyed picking a topic that I was really into and making a research essay. Meanwhile I was teaching others about the subject, I taught myself some material too. I taught the readers the significance behind Latinxs students and their struggle in the education category.
Shadowing was a great opportunity for me. It provides students a general overview about a certain career such as working conditions and nature of work. On the 14th of November, I shadowed Dr. Azhar Bustami, a dentist on 10043 E Adamo Dr, Tampa, FL 33619. Dr. Azhar was very welcoming and supportive. She tried her best with explaining the advantages and disadvantages of working as a dentist.
Fall-related fracture is the common phenomenon in older adults resulting in chronic pain, loss of function, and disability. Evidently, it is the highest cause of accidental death in older adults. Noteworthy, the frequency of falls increases with age and frailty levels. Moreover, frail older adults, with a history of falling, are significantly at risk of adverse health outcomes including increased hospital stays and death. The causation of fall in frail older adults are intricate and interfere with the interrelationship between individual and environment context.
Using this model would allow Mr. Miller to review the mission of the school, determine whether ability grouping is aligned with the mission, and select an alternative that reflects the mission. 3. The Process of Reflection The process of reflection is central to clinical supervision. Launer (2003) describes external and internal factors in supervision whereby clinical practice and sharing skills are external and reflection is an ‘internal conversation.’ Brunero & Stein-Parbury (2008) discussed the effects of clinical supervision in nursing staff and argued that self-reflection generates a sense of self-awareness and knowledge to the individual. Supervisees or students may be asked what happened during a clinical event, how they felt, the implications of their actions and what they would do differently if faced with the same situation.
As I reflect on the past 15 months of attending CCU. I recall the excitement, and the overwhelming stress of having to work full time and attend online college. I was not sure that I could complete my degree at fifty years old. Because of being out of school for over 30 years. I was somewhat reluctant to give it a try.
Every summer for the past ten years, I have spent time at YMCA Camp Wanakita. Most recently, I began the Student Counselor (SC) program last August. As a part of the SC program, First Year SCs work on physical skills that relate to a future job as a camp counselor, including earning their Bronze Medallion. The Bronze Medallion is a lifeguarding certification that includes a timed distance swim, called the endurance swim at camp, along with training in various water-based injury scenarios, As I was never a particularly strong swimmer, I was understandably worried by the daily two hours of swimming mandated by the SC course, and the final exams for the Bronze Medallion, especially having ignored my brother’s recommendations of preparing for
The use of Cadavers in my view, and from my experience of working and studying in the dissection lab of the National University of Ireland, Galway is one of the best ways human anatomy can both be taught and learnt and I believe is an essential aspect of the study of educational anatomy and should be utilised in the learning of anatomy where possible. The active, hands-on exploration that cadaveric dissections provide, joined with excellent teaching methods makes for an interesting yet challenging method of learning anatomy. My first time entering a dissection room, I felt a sense of captivation and was very much in awe. This fascination stemmed from the fact that I, along with twenty-something other anatomy students would be delving scalpel first into a human corpse, and experiencing the gross anatomy of the human body first hand.
