In recent studies, researchers have found that on average 41.7 people have been bullied in their lifetime and 14.5 people have been bullied in the last 30 days(Doc A). The number of people being bullied has been increasing a lot of the past years and schools should do everything in their power to limit it and make the school environment better for everyone.Schools should be allowed to limit student’s speech because it disrupts teachers lives, it disrupts students lives, and it can physically and mentally harm other people and the people around them. The first reason why schools should able to limit students speech is that cyberbullying is harming teachers. In Document B, it shows that 51.1% of teachers get cyber bullied in their career and 38.6% of teachers had lower self-esteem because students bullied them online. In Document C, a girl made a website about another girl as aforementioned in paragraph two, harassing other people. This document is used to show that by making this website, K.K. is mentally harming the other students that she is targeting. This is harming the other students mentally because they are being put down and will feel bad about themselves. On the other hand, Document D goes against the ideas banning students speech through schools. This document includes details involving students not getting in trouble for bullying someone else just because they were not in school. The documents author does not agree with the idea of students getting in trouble for cyberbullying others outside of school because the school wasn't involved. This is against the other ideas in this essay because it is the school's responsibility to make sure every student is being treated fairly and every student is surrounded by people who make them better
